The numbers are the number of repetitions of 0 or 1 that are in a string when a run-length encoding is involved. Lets start with the first 2 as 00, which means the next 2 will become 11 and, the following 1 will become 0 and the 1 after that 1. Thus we get:

Thanks to Michael Mardaus from our community we found out that fernwirkung is a german word that means “remote effect”. Using this as a head start we get that the string is very close to the passcode format #aa#worda#a#a except that we will now need to find a substitution for the numbers and possibly the keyword.

Since the middle word is german, lets check out the german numerals.

7. sieben

Lets use the first character of these as the replace pattern in places of the passcode where numbers are supposed to appear. We get:

or
8sh3fernwirkungr7t5q

since s can be either 6 or 7.

Let’s find the keyword as none of these work as passcode. Googling for fernwirkung gives the german wikipedia link for Fernwirkung_(Physik). From the article we understand this is something do with Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, quantum Entanglement and stuff. If we try to access the page in English we end up searching for Quantum Entanglement.  You will note the following line using the work fernwirkung spoken by Einstein:
Einstein later famously derided entanglement as “spukhafte Fernwirkung”[21] or “spooky action at a distance.

Fernwirkung has an adjective spukhafte which mean’s spooky.

We replace this to get our passcode: 8sh3fspookyr7t5q
